The GeoH tracker has minimum and maximum values listed and controlled via the Minimums and Maximums selectors on the controlling dropdown on the GeoH Panel. These values are used internally for some scaling (similar to World Size) but are not otherwise used or enforced.
We originally thought limits would be necessary, but have not found a compelling use for them; instead they caused problems. We've left them there in case someone points out something that demands that they be used.
